Omaha Restoration™ is a referral / routing platform. We connect homeowners to independent, licensed restoration contractors serving the Omaha area.
This page explains typical service coverage and exclusions so expectations stay clear.
Typical Coverage (What We Route)
- Water damage mitigation (emergency response, extraction, drying, dehumidification)
- Mold-related services tied to water loss and remediation
- Drywall removal & replacement when part of remediation work
- Finished carpentry directly connected to remediation / restoration
- Flooring replacement tied to mitigation / remediation (tile, LVP, etc.)
- Limited rebuild work that is part of the remediation/restoration scope
Exact scope depends on the job, access, safety conditions, and the assigned contractor’s assessment.
Outside Scope (Common Exclusions)
- General contracting (GC) for large rebuilds involving multiple subcontractors
- Large remodel projects (example: full bathroom remodels not tied to remediation)
- Rebuild-only jobs after another company has already performed the remediation work
If a request falls outside scope, we may decline the routing request or refer the request to an appropriate provider when possible.
