Omaha Restoration™ is a referral and routing platform. We are not a licensed restoration contractor and do not perform water, fire, mold, storm, demolition, or repair services.

2. Third-Party Services

Any services obtained through outbound links or referrals are provided by independent third parties. We do not control, manage, supervise, or guarantee the work, pricing, availability, or outcomes of third-party providers.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murrays Empire LLC and Omaha Restoration™ shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, disputes, delays, or claims arising from services provided by third parties.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes professional, legal, construction, insurance, or emergency advice. Users are responsible for evaluating any service provider they choose to hire.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to services must be resolved directly between the user and the third-party provider. Omaha Restoration™ and Murrays Empire LLC are not parties to such disputes.
